He is certified in Hotel Management and is an American Hotel & Motel Association certified instructor. Proficient in all aspects of Hotel, Restaurant, and Casino Management, Hickey led Westervelt College to win the ORHMA award for Supplier of the Year to the Hospitality Industry.

Kempling has an extensive career in the financial industry, spanning 25 years as a career banker and senior instructor for a head office in the Bank Training Department. An experienced instructor at the college level, Kempling is well versed in all aspects of business and finance.

A current owner and operator of a successful Interior Design firm for the past 14 years, Simmons possesses experience in the Interior Design field that has spanned over the past 25 years. These experiences have included working in many high-end retail furniture stores, designing window displays, merchandising showrooms and set-up, and working at numerous trade shows. Additionally she has extensive experience instructing at the college level.
